One of the things I was most looking forward to when I was pregnant was running with our baby. I ran all throughout my pregnancy, and I even ran the day I went to the hospital to have him. I get asked a lot what my favorite protein powder is, and to be honest, it depends on the day you ask me. There are multiple brands that I rotate among, and I’ll go into the pros and cons of each.
